Mark McConnell, 19, was selected for the squad after impressing in a trial. The team will play Wales on February 10.
Kathryn Parker, 18, Katherine Hobson, 17, Chloe Atkinson, 17, and Lauren Morgan, 17, have been selected for the England girls' squad to face Scotland on Saturday in Edinburgh.
Kathryn and Katherine were in the squad last year, but the selection was a first for Lauren and Chloe. PE teacher Mark Scott said: "To represent your country is the highest honour possible."
